Sydney – Australia will host one of its biggest gatherings of world leaders when the ASEAN special summit is held in Sydney this weekend.

Ten South-East Asian leaders, including Aung San Suu Kyi and Joko Widodo, will meet with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to discuss regional security and counter terrorism efforts.

The summit comes amid rising tensions in the South China Sea and Donald Trump’s snap decision to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Source: ABC
