JAKARTA – The step taken to clear ASEAN skies of annual haze tops the October 2014 edition of “ASEAN Today.”
Ain Bandial of the Brunei Times co-anchors the program from Bandar Seri Begawan, with Dalton Tanonaka of The Indonesia Channel at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta. They report on Indonesia’s signing of a regional air pollution agreement, along with stories on Thailand’s booming edible insect industry and Brunei’s first movie co-production “Yasmine.”
An exclusive interview with AirAsia’s Tony Fernandes is also part of the program. Durudee Sirichanya of the ASEAN Secretariat has the month’s regular feedback segment.
