Hanoi/Dien Bien – The week long tourism and cultural festival in Dien Bien (north western part of Vietnam) has ended with a carnival parade showing a dozen of wonderful decorated flower vehicles.

The carnival displays the local cultural and tourism potential as part of Dien Bien Phu victory celebration. The provincial people’s committee chairman Mua A Son pointed out: “This event aims to promote tourism products in Dien Bien and the north west.
