Singapore: Wet Weather for Remainder of February

SINGAPORE – The Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) has issued a weather advisory for the latter half of February, predicting moderate to heavy thundery showers predominantly in the afternoons, with some extending into the evenings. This pattern is expected to result in above-average rainfall across most parts of the island.

During this period, daily maximum temperatures are anticipated to range between 33°C and 34°C, with occasional peaks exceeding 34°C. On several rainy days, temperatures may drop to lows of 23°C. The prevailing Northeast Monsoon conditions are set to continue, bringing winds mainly from the northwest or northeast.

Tourists planning to visit Singapore are advised to prepare for these weather conditions, as the increased rainfall and thundery showers may impact outdoor activities and sightseeing plans.
