Osaka — Tourists planning a visit to the city of Osaka/Japan later this month could see their plans disrupted, including visits to the popular Osaka Castle tower, on tightened security for the Group of 20 summit that will bring foreign leaders to the commercial hub.
Over 25,000 police will be deployed, creating far-reaching repercussions. Many tourist attractions will be closed, and taxi services to and from area airports will be suspended.
The G20 summit will take place from June 28-29 at the International Exhibition Center.
